Below are some of the frequent questions we've received throughout the campaign.

The Superior Court is a court of general jurisdiction handling both civil and criminal law actions. Superior Court Judges preside over cases involving contract disputes, premises liability, and various other actions. In addition, the Superior Court has exclusive equity jurisdiction over all cases of divorce, title to land, and felonies involving jury trials, including death penalty cases. I want to serve as a Superior Court judge. I am fortunate to have judicial experience and to have practiced law in every area of the law that appears before the Superior Court. I have served as a Pro Hac Judge in the State Court. I currently serve as an Associate Judge in the Marietta Municipal Court. I have prosecuted, served as defense counsel, litigated all types of civil cases to include domestic relations (divorces, legitimations, child support and custody matters). Having served in these various roles, I can identify with all of the lawyers and litigants in the courtroom. I have demonstrated the ability to be fair and unbiased as a judge. I will be ready to serve on day one.
Absolutely. Cobb County has three accountability courts: Drug, Mental Health and Veterans. The Drug Court was presided over for years by the Honorable George Kreeger. Now that he is no longer on the bench the Drug Court continues to exist. The same would hold true for the Veterans Court. I am the son of a Vietnam veteran and would be honored to preside over the Veterans Court. The Veterans Court is important and there are many of us in the legal community who wholeheartedly support it. Many worked hard to bring the Veterans Court to Cobb County and it will continue to exist in Cobb County when my opponent is no longer on the bench..
I support accountability courts. For more information on the accountability courts in Cobb, visit these great sites below:

I support the Veterans Court. As the son of a Vietnam war veteran, I understand the unique challenges that men and women who have served our country in war often experience when they return home. It would be my great honor to have the opportunity to serve as a judge in the Veterans court. For more information on the Veterans Court visit Cobb Veteran's Court
